Lisa is an intern completing her Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Through her coursework and her 20 years working with children as a licensed childcare professional at her daycare she has gained the insight and tools to work productively with children who need help to function at their best and to help their families to assist them. Lisa has worked with children who have needed help with issues such as attention difficulties, impulsivity, and poor emotional regulation. When she completes her degree she will continue to apply her knowledge and experience to work with children and their families with a wider range of challenges. In her free time Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, playing with her dog, gardening, and hiking. Lisa is completing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent.
