I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space centered around compassion, acceptance, and change. I have several years of experience working with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and Christian counseling. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered, and attachment-based theories. I work with all ages from adolescents to seniors, and in any life transitional period. I attended National University where I obtained a Master of Arts in counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology.
