I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia and South Carolina for the past decade seeing individuals with a mirage of disorders and transitional phases. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and use of Empowerment and Strength perspectives. I work with several difficulties that impact daily functioning: Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, Mood disorders, sexual assault/domestic violence trauma, LGBTQ concerns, and Transitional phases: going to college, death, aging, and new careers/positions.

I have worked in several clinical settings military, hospice, domestic violence/sexual assault agency, teaching college students, and private practice. My style of treatment consists of compassion and accountability of moving one towards their wellness goals.
