I specialize in individual therapy for adults. I am a EMDR therapist, so we can work through past challenges or traumas you may have experienced in your life. I also have experience working in the substance abuse/addiction field, if substance use is problematic in your life. In my role as a therapist, I believe it is my job to help the individual find their potential, and tap into the resilience I know we all possess. I help my clients learn and implement the tools they need to achieve their goals. Aside from EMDR my therapeutic approaches are CBT, Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic. I also support exercise as a self-care practice due to the mental, emotional, and physical benefits.
