Megan Orr is a licensed psychologist and health service provider in the state of Indiana. She also has active licensure in the state of Illinois. Megan completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University-Bloomington with degrees in psychology and criminal justice. She earned her master’s and doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2010.

Her clinical experience includes work within a variety of settings ranging from schools, medical centers, long-term care facilities, and private practice. She has specialized interest working with adolescents, adults and elderly individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, along with adjustment issues, PTSD/trauma, grief and loss, and individuals living with chronic health conditions, including pain.

Megan provides consultation and performs renal transplant evaluations for a local hospital. She employs the use of various treatment modalities with a focus on evidence based treatments. Her approach to psychotherapy draws heavily from her training in cognitive-behavioral therapy. Megan has years of experience working with trauma/PTSD and is trained in EMDR.
