We don’t have to do it all alone, we were never meant to – Brene Brown…This is why I am a therapist. I enjoy working alongside my clients, as a team, seeing them reach their goals. Often times people share things with me they haven’t shared with anyone else. Because of this, I believe that relationship and trust between client and therapist are the most important factors in therapy. I work with ages 4-39 year old adults. I have a history working with individuals as well as families. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment, Self Regulation and Competency, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and Play Therapy. My specialty is working with teens and young adults. I believe this critical transition period is so important in order for clients to reach their full potential.
