Ms. Holway provides evidence-based psychological treatments for adults. Her areas of specialty include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, stress-related disorders (e.g., chronic pain and insomnia), and addictive behaviors. She utilizes a variety of modalities depending on clients’ needs, including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), stress-management/relaxation techniques, mindfulness-based interventions, motivational interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic therapy. Graduate education: EdM in Counseling and MSW in Clinical Social Work from Boston University She treats female patients only.
