Dr. Rebecca Warburton is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She provides Evidence-Based-Treatment to adults who present with a wide array of clinical presentations and needs, including severe depression and suicidality, bipolar disorder, anxiety and chronic stress, OCD, PTSD, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues, anger management, and day-to-day emotional, social, and behavioral problems. Rebecca is very comfortable evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients in both short-term and long-term therapy. Dr. Warburton has a deep understanding of the importance of listening to her patients to ensure they receive excellent ethical care in a professional manner. Her clinical style combines active listening, deep empathy, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure effective measurable treatment outcomes. She uses a variety of clinical techniques that pull from a broad set of modalities including Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ERP, and MI. Each treatment plan is tailored to the specific and unique needs and goals of her patients. Dr. Warburton received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont, her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, and her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. Prior to joining LifeStance Health, Dr. Warburton worked for the Community Counseling Center of Tufts Medical Center Community Care and ran her own private practice.
