I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in a variety of settings and with diverse client populations. I work to be anti-racist and maintain an affirming stance and growth mindset. I incorporate mindfulness and skills from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in my work with clients. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families.
