Her ultimate goal is creating a safe and comfortable space for your growth, honoring, and valuing your unique life experiences, empowering you to elevate your mindset and holding space for the information you may not share with anyone else.

Rosie offers unconditional acceptance, compassion, and support, without judgment, meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. Therapy should be a safe space to unpack, organize, and explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Rosie is here to provide that empathetic ear, along with encouragement and guidance towards your goals while providing relatability and a safe space for vulnerability. Rosie works with children, adolescents, young adults, individuals aged 5-65+, also including families and couples. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, loss, self-esteem issues, and trauma. Rosie also has a strong background in working with individuals with adjustment issues, addiction, co-occurring disorders, relationship difficulties, history of abuse, LGBTQ+ background, and grief and loss. She also strives to be a Neuro-affirmative therapist for the neurodivergent community.

Rosie takes an integrative and holistic approach to therapy utilizing interventions focused on interpersonal interactions, intra-psychic dynamics, developing an understanding of one’s personal values and process and life management. Drawing from evidence-based techniques, Rosie knows how to artfully and masterfully curate therapy that meets you where you are at, assist with the unique challenges you are experiencing and give you maximum results. Some of the modules Rosie utilizes include Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Art/Music therapy, Bibliotherapy, Bowenian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Interpersonal therapy, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-centered therapy, Parenting Skills, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Strength-Based, Structural Family Therapy, and Trauma Focused therapy techniques.
