Sandy is a licensed professional counselor with over 25 years of experience. She utilizes various approaches to help individuals resolve conflict, enhance connection, develop skills to communicate more meaningfully and, when applicable, to address issues arising from domestic violence and sexual assault or abuse. Sandy is experienced working with adults who want to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, or adjust to significant life transitions while creating meaning and purpose.
