I Shell Freeman is an experienced, licensed Clinical Therapist with over 8 years of experience working with clients who present a wide range of concerns from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD , Shell is experienced in treating Borderline Personality Disorder with the hallmark intervention Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ( DBT) with several years of training and certification. Shell is also experienced in assisting people who have experienced physical trauma , emotional abuse and the difficulties of navigating the LGBTQ “coming out process”.

My therapeutic style is genuine and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
