Stephanie Hunt is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Utah who has been practicing since 2015. Stephanie enjoys providing EMDR therapy to individuals who have experienced trauma. She understands how trauma and mental health disorders can contribute to substance abuse and substance dependence. Stephanie has several years of experience helping individuals work through trauma and find healthier coping skills to substitute destructive coping such as substance use. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys going to the gym, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
