Teddie Hunt is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who works with adults of all ages. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Master of Social Work from Salem State University. Teddie provides a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore what’s bringing them to therapy. Her approach is client centered and strength based, focusing on helping individuals build on their existing strengths while developing new tools for growth and healing. She integrates a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Teddie has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, learning differences, and attention challenges. Teddie is proud to be part of the LifeStance team and is dedicated to helping clients make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, walking her dogs, photography, and spending time with family.
