Dr. Phan is great I really enjoy our sessions. I do have some constructive criticism for the Lifestance website/portal. I always have some sort of issue when trying to log into my telehealth appointments. The reminders you send are convenient but the link is never quite right. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out how to navigate but it is a little annoying that the links you send don’t ever direct me to my personal portal session. This may be due to an authentication process but I’ve used other services with simular business models and the process to log in and be directed to your destination is seamless. The most successful way to avoid these issues would be to create a Lifestance App. It would also give your company even more credibility. Just a thought.

Excellent! I highly recommend Thomas Phan. Not eager to slap a diagnosis on and super thorough which is useful for someone like me who doesn't fit in to a mental health or learning disability diagnosis easily.
