Starting therapy can be a difficult decision for a variety of reasons – stigma, resources, daily life challenges. I strive to provide a safe, validating therapeutic experience to help alleviate those challenges. I am here to guide you through every journey of your life’s roadmap. Through validation, compassion, authenticity, and understanding I will help you explore yourself, your values, and reach your goals. I received my bachelor’s degree from SIU Edwardsville and master’s degree from SIU Carbondale. Prior to working in the mental health field, I worked in academics, providing an equal access learning environment to students with disabilities. When not working, I love to read, travel, spend time with family and friends, and be around animals.
