Zaw Win, MD is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in General Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Win was elected by the Membership Committee and the Board of Trustees of the American Psychiatric Association to be a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA) in recognition of his significant contributions to the field of psychiatry. Dr. Win completed his psychiatry residency training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1998.
Dr. Win comes to LifeStance Health, PLLC, in West Lake Texas with over 20 years of experience in settings including inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and community mental health.
He believes in a bio-psycho-social approach to comprehensive, evidence-based, and client-centered psychiatric care. He has been taking care of clients with a variety of diagnosis including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD and ADD/ADHD.
