Get Started

Group Focus:

In this creative and experiential group, you’ll take on a character and face thought-provoking, fictional challenges that mirror real-life emotional struggles. Through role-playing, you’ll begin to recognize how certain thought patterns and behaviors can pull you away from your core values—and how to respond with intention, rather than avoidance.

Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques like mindfulness, cognitive defusion, and values clarification, you’ll gain practical tools to better manage difficult thoughts and emotions in your everyday life.

This group meets online using Roll20, a free digital platform designed for tabletop role-playing games. No prior gaming experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Participants: Adults (18+) who are open to creative exploration and want to build skills for managing difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors using theVampire: The Masquerade universe.

Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Illinois
