When I was in dire need I reached out to LifeStance, and I don't know what I would have done otherwise as they signed me up without hesitation when I needed it most. I’ve been with life stands now for a few years. They have good customer service if questions should come up. I’ve had a couple therapist and they’ve all been great. I will continue to use them for my mental needs. The only downfall that I initially had was getting the Billing sent properly over to my insurance. Once that was fixed, I’ve had no other issues.

My provider Dr. Phan gets me. Last year had a small problem with the billing but they contacted me and fixed the issue. No more problems. Easy check in online. Can’t say enough about how great Dr. Phan is. I have really improved thanks to him. Hands down best psychiatrist I’ve ever had and hope to be able to always have him.
