The people here care and seem to have a passion for what they do. They are professional and knowledgeable. Talk therapy is amazing and I highly recommend it. I have already seen improvements in my mood and coping skills. These people give you tools to navigate and cope...and it is some of the best medicine...to just have someone to talk to, who listens and knows what steps to teach you...to help yourself.
