Dr. Elaine Walen is a licensed Psychologist in Rhode Island with a strong background in developmental psychology. Her Bachelor’s degree is in early childhood development, and she was a second-grade teacher. She has Master’s degrees in developmental psychology and educational psychology, and a doctoral degree in counseling psychology. Dr. Walen is currently providing affirming care through full-battery psychological and neuropsychological assessments across the lifespan. She accepts a range of ages from toddlers to the aged for diagnosis of autism, cognitive decline and memory issues, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more severe psychopathology.
