Christopher Darcy is a skilled licensed Mental Health Counselor that enjoys listening and learning from people. Everyone has their own unique story and his interest in people and helping others is at the root of his passion for this profession. He utilizes his knowledge in Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Insight-Oriented Therapy to create personalized treatment paths for each of his clients and always strives to create a space for them to learn and grow as individuals. He has worked with a variety of age groups but specializes in working with young adults. He has helped clients with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and other adjustment or behavioral disorders. His calm demeanor and reassuring presence helps build a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust. Christopher studied Psychology at the University of New Hampshire where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree as well as earning a Master of Science degree in Mental health counseling from Suffolk University in Boston.
