I was in dire need of a Therapist. I have found that’s not an easy undertaking. I was able to secure an appointment , in person The young ladies I spoke to were very helpful They assisted me with all the particulars. This particular location ( garden city).. is easily accessible. The office itself is meticulously kept. When I arrived a young lady checked me( the paperwork has to be completed on line). There after I met with the Therapist.

When I called in August, I was desperate. I had called so many people and places and no one had any openings. The Intake Coordinator calmed me and promised someone would get back to me in a week. The next day I was set up with Erin Jefferson and I could not be happier! And now we do family therapy to navigate life with newly graduated adults. I LOVE Lifestance and recommend them to everyone and anyone who will listen.

The Garden City location offers a streamlined system for booking, check-in, and payment. Receiving appointment reminders with 1-click links to check in is so refreshing. And when I arrive, there’s never a full waiting area (generally 1 person waiting or no one at all) which gives me a moment to quietly decompress before going in. Really thoughtful system.
