Overview:
This is an on-going, process-oriented group for people who have completed Explain Pain or similar group and would benefit from continued discussion and connection. The focus of this group is to build resilience and strengthen skills for improving quality of life while pain persists.
This is an open group for adults 18+. Screening appointment is required for anyone who has not completed the Explain Pain group.
