I wasn't having luck finding someone who dealt with my needs until someone else gave me LifeStance Health's website. Since then, I haven't had any issues. Everyone is very caring and easy to talk to. There are more options than other places, like tele-health appointments. I also needed a psychiatrist that works with me as well. There aren't very many psychiatrists where I'm from that are trustworthy, or I haven't been to before. Since I've gotten with LifeStance Health, I have to say I actually like therapy and feel it is doing amazing for me with my meds. It's very easy to get an appointment and after your "intake" appointment, you get an appointment for your next appointment before your appointment is completely finished. I had my first appointment today and I finally feel like I’m in the right place. I’ve looked so long for the right person to help counsel me because the one I had elsewhere was just not doing anything to help me after several months. I can just tell that I’m going to be finally helped and will have all my problems addressed throughout time and get the help I need. The receptionists are all very nice as well. Great friendly place. I’m over a year with them now and I couldn’t be happier with my Dr. I’m definitely staying.

LifeStance (Decatur, Il) has caring professionals that are there for you and your mental health while maintaining your privacy. The environment is very calm and supportive. No judgement. I have been seeing Ann Crumpler, and my experience working with her to address PTSD and panic attacks has been incredible. At the beginning of our time together, I was having more than a dozen panic attacks a day, related to ptsd triggers. Today I am able to work in a helping profession while pursuing a graduate degree.
