Support for parents of children undergoing behavioral health treatment
Group Overview:
If your child is currently receiving mental health treatment, this group is here for you.
It’s a safe, supportive space where parents can learn practical strategies to encourage positive behaviors, share experiences, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through. You’ll receive guidance and support as we work together to overcome challenges and celebrate progress.
Children’s privacy will be protected by avoiding using children’s names. This group does not replace focused behavior modification therapy nor provide an individualized treatment plan.
Participants: Adult parents of patients between the age of 5 to 17 years old
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted
When: Virtual Sessions Tuesdays from 12 to 1 p.m., starting November 25, 2025 and lasting until February 24, 2026

Facilitator:
I am a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist that specializes in the evaluation and management of ADHD as well as anxiety (Generalized Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Phobias) and depressive disorders. I also have experience working with eating disorders across various treatment settings. I have also consulted in assisting people in professional and performance development.
