So You’re Neurodiverse Group Therapy in Michigan
Please join us every Saturday morning for a sensory friendly, inclusive, and authentic group to understand, learn, and grow.
Group Overview:
Led by a neurodiverse therapist, this group aims to help you:
- Connect with other individuals who understand and share similar experiences
- Explore neurodiversity’s impact on your life
- Discuss meaningful topics, such as:
- Understanding how your brain functions
- Self-image, self-worth, and confidence
- Interpersonal relationships and communication
- Learning and processing differences
- Sharing your story in a safe, confidential space
- Gaining practical life tools and coping skills for emotional wellness, relationships, emotional
dysregulation, and more
Participants: Individuals ages 21-80 who are diagnosed, identify, or believe they may be neurodiverse. Example conditions may include: autism spectrum disorder; attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); dyslexia; dyscalculia; dysgraphia; dyspraxia; executive functioning disorders; social anxiety; tourette’s syndrome; sensory processing disorder (SPD); obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD); and trauma.
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted
When: Virtual sessions on Saturdays from 10 to 11 a.m., starting February 7, 2026
