Ashley Leiton helps teens and adults across Massachusetts navigate life’s challenges with compassionate, evidence-based mental health care tailored to each individual’s goals and experiences. As a Licensed Certified Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual, group, and family therapy for concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Ashley is committed to creating a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful progress in their emotional wellness and daily functioning.

<br>Ashley is especially passionate about supporting individuals facing PTSD and trauma, anxiety disorders, and alcohol or drug use concerns. She works with patients who may feel overwhelmed by stress, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, helping them build practical coping skills and regain stability. Her approach is grounded in empathy while also focusing on measurable growth and long-term resilience.

<br>She incorporates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help patients strengthen emotional insight, improve coping strategies, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. Ashley also has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, individuals with developmental disabilities, and patients navigating complex family or social dynamics. In addition to her core specialties, she offers support for concerns such as grief, women’s issues, OCD, school avoidance, and later-life or midlife transitions.

<br>Ashley earned her education from Southern Connecticut State University and Springfield College and began practicing in 2023. Her clinical style emphasizes authenticity, trust, and meeting patients where they are in their mental health journey.

<br>Outside of clinical work, Ashley enjoys gardening, DIY projects, agriculture, reading, and volunteering in her community. She also enjoys hosting cookouts by the bonfire, attending baseball games, karaoke, and spending time with others over board games and shared experiences.
