I've had a good experience. Therapy is very individualized and personal to me. My therapist was exceptional.
The staff is always very pleasant and extremely helpful in addressing my needs. My counselor is the best. She has helped me deal with numerous past traumatic psychological issues, some of which I was not even aware. Highly recommend life stance.
I would recommend Jessica Lockhart as a therapist! I never believed in therapy but I also never found anyone that I could be honest and comfortable with until I met her. I LOVE my counselor and prescriber. They are so personable and knowledgeable. I’ve been using Lifestance when it WPCS and I have to say, WPCS was easier to navigate. It is also much harder to get to speak to someone because there are so many choices to go through when calling. Everything else has been great!
They do their best to match you as a counselor that they think would click with you. And one that's close to you. If you want to do in person. I'm very pleased both with my therapist and the office.
