Setting up appointments are a very easy process which is a really big thing for me. If you’ve ever tried to find mental health help, then you know just how long the waiting lists can be and how many offices and drs will not take you seriously. This is definitely not the case with them. They do a great job at explaining the process and quickly find you a doctor closest to you. They do not rush you and are very kind. Dr highland is amazing at listening. I’ve really enjoyed talking every other week with him. It’s helped me more than I even knew it would. I can see myself being a patient for a long time. It is important to add that I do not go to the actual office. I do virtual meetings on my phone with dr highland out of peach tree city. I was skeptical about doing meeting on the computer/phone Just because I’ve always felt better about in person appointments But it’s really turned out to be convenient and beneficial. I definitely recommend it. Thanks!

I felt comfortable when I walked in the Office. The receptionist was very nice and very helpful. Up on Meeting my psychiatrist, Ms.Tracie was very nice and knowledgeable about me opening up and telling her what was going on in my life, which is a lot and trying to help me understand how to deal with it. Tracy was very kind to me and that was wonderful. I had just lost my husband and she was doing an accessment of my situation and I told her a lot in our visit. She was very patient with me during the conversation because I was emotionally hurting so bad that she took the time to listen to me. Looking forward to seeing her again!
