The office staff are extremely professional. I took my bad week out of them due to some of their policies that I don’t agree with, but the lady who answered the phone let me speak freely without interrupting and she listened thoroughly. She addressed every concern with patience and kindness. I have been going to this office for about a year now and therapy has been hit or miss for me in general. Anytime I found a good therapist before, something happened with billing or I was given incorrect information to begin with regarding pricing. This company gives you both options, with and without insurance to ensure you get the best price. Davida has been my therapist since I started and she is a breath of fresh air. She is a great listener as a good portion of my sessions were just complaining about work in the beginning. She did suggest finding new work, but empathized with the fact I was exhausted and burnt out. She gave me methods to continue positive habits while not striving for perfection. Her support, encouragement, ability to listen and relate her own life experiences is exactly what I need in a therapist. I have never felt weird, embarrassed, or ashamed for just expressing myself freely with her. This is a big thing for me in general as most of my life I have felt I didn’t belong. Davida has reassured me I’m not a failure, supported me in every victory no matter how big or small, and has really made me feel like a real, respected human. I couldn’t be more grateful for this agency and Davida as they have genuine changed my life and perspective. You do have to do the work yourself, but having a genuine supporter like Davida to help understand the psychology behind trauma and emotional reactions has made a world of difference.

Im a new patient here..I had a psychiatrists previously but,they drop me due to one oart was on them and the last one was one me..So a I searched for numerous of psychiatrist,this one was the only one my heart felt like could be a good one...My fisrt appointment was April 12th 2024 and the psychiatrist was a great listener,she understand my problems,and when I could get the words out my month quick enough she was patient,and didnt interrupt me...I have a great feeling about lifestance..Im going trying my best to make it to all my appointments...

I have nothing but great things to say about this practice. It was smooth sailing since day one. I was able to get a quick appointment. Dartiss Chevalier is very professional, hears your concerns and is straight to the point. The front office staff is very informative and helpful. I feel comfortable with my therapist. I am gaining more understanding into the WHYS of understanding some of my actions, reasoning, and reactions in my life.
