Therapist Michael Nelson (San Diego) is so incredibly kind and such a great support system for my son. He listens, provides great guidance/advice, and genuinely cares for my son’s mental health and well-being. He makes himself available as much as possible so it’s easier to get an appointment when we need one. His psychiatrist, Chantal Flanagan, was so thorough and really took the time to listen to my son, and listen to my concerns and our family’s mental health history. She spent a lot of time with us and I felt heard and understood and like she really cared about my son and improving his mental health. I can’t say enough about these two lovely people! We are so lucky we were referred when we had Kaiser because they didn’t have the staffing to assist as as much as we needed.

Dr Morgan is amazing. I love talking to him. He listens to everything I say. As far as the representatives are m not too fond of them. I’ve had some difficulty with them. Hopefully if needed they get better. Patient service is vital and sometimes I don’t feel like the person on the other line is really accurate in what they are doing. Again I love my doctor and as far as I’m concerned he is the best!

I had my first session with my therapist today. She was the perfect person for me because she listened and responded to the status of my marital issues. This exchange of thoughts helps me to open up and trust myself to share and express my feelings and emotions. In the past, that luxury was dismissed. I look forward to future sessions with positive energy to believe in myself.

Love the ease of their online site and choices of providers. As with any company, some providers will be better than others.. so don’t get discouraged! Remember that not every therapist/psychiatrist will be a perfect fit and keep trying until you find the one! LifeStance has been wonderful with assistance on finding someone new when previous personalities didn’t click.

It was very easy finding a therapist available through Lifestance. I had emailed and called many different offices, left messages with many of them, and often i would not hear back. I began to get discouraged, but was very happy I found Lifestance. It was very easy to get in contact with someone, and I had an appointment set up that same day. I highly recommend Lifestance!

I’ve been with this company since Covid. This is my second therapist and they have both been wonderful. Helpful, and very supportive of my goals and expectations. But they also have taught me how to use certain tools and strategies to improve myself as a human and a family member.
